  We sent our son to this nursery since he was 11 months old. Just like any other baby, he was upset in the beginning but everyone at the daycare made him feel comfortable and in no time, he started looking forward to going everyday. We saw our little guy transitioning from a baby to a toddler - learning new things and making new friends along the way. It's also worth mentioning that the administration at this facility is highly responsive and flexible, and works alongside parents to support their kids in everyday possible. Highly recommended !!

  We decided to enroll our 2yo at Open Arms Nursery because we felt it was a very calm and nurturing place and it is. Miss Simmi(supervisor) was very accomodating with all our questions and is very professional. Miss Jessica my daughter’s teacher was very pleasant, gentle and caring. We had a very brief experience at OAN because of personal matters but overall, our daughter seemed very happy as we noticed shes feeling uplifted and happy every pickup time. Their outdoor play area is safe and appealing and classrooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

  As a first time mom, heading back to work after maternity leave was a bit anxious. However, from my first meeting, I had a good feeling about sending my daughter to Open Arms Nursery. The staff were friendly and warm. They had just taken over from the previous owners in January 2019. The facilities were clean, the nursery area with the cribs had good spacing and was well designed. The facility itself is off Marshall St, which is tucked into a quiet area with green space and a park close by. My daughter had food allergies and they allowed for alternate meals to be provided for her on days when the menu contained those allergens. Miss Simmi was always prompt and responsive to my numerous requests. They were very gracious in being adaptive in the transition schedule to allow my daughter to be challenged in her development from the infant to the toddler room and I appreciated that. Open Arms is a great nursery, with very caring and trained staff.

  This was the first daycare my son joined when he was 9 months old, now he is in preschool class in another daycare because we moved to new place, but I still remember how loving and caring Ms. Dana was, she is definitely one of the best teachers I ever met, she helped my son adapting to the daycare schedule from the beginning and hold & hugged him a lot when he needed them the most. There were also other great teachers, the management was ok, and food was made in house, which is great, nutritious with good variety. There is also a nice small park nearby, kids go daily walk around the place and the community is also nice and quiet.

  A truly wonderful daycare, with caring educators and ratios you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else. The place is very clean and there’s lots of different activities. The playground for preschool & senior toddler provides great shade in the summer. Big thank you to Ms. Carm, Ms. Fahimeh, Ms. Yasmine, Ms. Zarina and the whole team for all they do for our little ones.
