There’s a male server whose attitude is very poor and unfriendly. Every time I order, I have to repeat myself several times ，I’m not sure if he isn’t listening or what. He even entered my order incorrectly because of his own mistake, and then blamed me, saying I didn’t say it right. The second time they remade it, the quality was very poor ，it honestly felt intentional. Also, every time I visit, the portion size and preparation are inconsistent. This has been very frustrating, and I really wish the previous staff would come back because the current experience is very disappointing.

All stars to Zlata. Stopped by for a midnight snack, looking specifically for the Labubu Dubai chocolate kunafa cup. We tried all diferent flavours, and she made them super cute for us! Great, warm service despite us arriving so late. This cup is EXTRA SWEET tho and $25/each

Ordered the Chocolate bliss croffle and the Dubai Kunafa cup, both were absolutely delicious! The cafe has a cozy vibe, friendly stuff and a great game board selection for free. Perfect place to relax with friends 🤩🤩🤩

Very disappointed!!! I order a Dubai kunafa brownie and a scoop of ice cream, however I received a plain brownie and liquid ice cream in a cup. Completely inedible and unacceptable. Was very excited to try this but will never come back here again. Would not recommend.

Absolutely Delicious! I had the best dessert experience thanks to Subi, who not only prepared this masterpiece but also handled the cashier with a warm smile. The plate of waffles was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside, topped generously with a heavenly mix of white and milk chocolate. The presentation was drool-worthy! The strawberry ice cream was creamy and refreshing, and the loaded chocolate dessert cup had layers of crunch and sweetness that were just addictive. Everything was served fresh, and the entire tray was a treat both for the eyes and the taste buds. Highly recommend — will definitely come back for more! 🍫🍓💖
