  Nasrin and Poet’s Corner Academy were absolutely amazing for my two children. Nasrin was endlessly patient and loving with all the kids and met them where they were at academically and developmentally. I have one outgoing/confident child and one anxious/more timid child and both absolutely thrived. Poet’s Corner was a great balance between free play and academics.   I wish all teachers were like Ms Nasrin. She leads with kindness and compassion, while instilling structure, teaching children how to learn and how to thrive. She has lots of experience and knows how to meet the diverse and unique needs of each child. Small class of 10 means she can be very attentive. A French teacher and music teacher come once a week, both are excellent. It takes a village she is a valuable part of ours!

  We can’t say enough good things about Nasrin and Poets Corner. Our daughter went for pre and post care for 4 years and fulltime in the summers. She was excited to go day in day out and loved reporting on all things the group had done, including excursions around the lower mainland and beyond. She forged lasting friendships and continued to learn beyond school hours. We feel so fortunate to have had our daughter there and feel forever indebted to Poets Corner for the above and beyond experience provided.

  We were incredibly fortunate to have both our daughters attend Poet’s Corner Academy between 2020 and 2025. Ms. Nasrin had a profound impact on both our children and provided an excellent learning environment. She ensured they had all the skills they required to enter kindergarten and built a foundation where they loved coming back to school each and every day. She also incorporated music and French classes which further enriched the learning environment. A 5 star rating is simply not enough.
