  I'm not that impressed that the director is selectively choosing who she gives spots to instead of assigning them fairly based on your spot on the wait list. I had to proactively reach out to her staff to make sure they received actually my application. When the director eventually chose to respond I was told I was next on the waitlist. That was nearly a year ago. I've since found a spot at a more professional daycare but gave up waiting to hear back from Puddle Splashers. No idea how they assign spots but it seems like it's based on favoritism.

  Nothing but good things to say about Puddle Splashers. My son has attended for 3 years. The staff are friendly, engaging and responsible. They always have the kids doing new and exciting activities and crafts. The director Shawna is also great to deal with, keeping us updated with how our son is doing and always available to answer any question or concerns. Really a great place for children to learn.

  Our family has had a wonderful experience at this daycare. Both of our boys attend. Currently, our younger son is in the 3–5 program and our older son is in the after-school program. My older son has been in the after-school program for years and it has been great! We came from a difficult experience at another daycare (was only there for a few months and we pulled him out), so we were a bit nervous at first. But from the moment our younger son started here in September, everything changed. He loves coming to daycare every morning. He talks about his teachers, the activities, and the friends he’s made—many of whom he’ll be heading into kindergarten with next year. It’s been such a relief to see him genuinely happy and settled. The teachers have been fantastic. They communicate clearly, keep us updated, and let us know anything we need to be aware of. As working parents, we also really appreciate the hours. As a family, we’re grateful for the care, stability, and community this daycare provides. We highly recommend it.

  Puddle Splashers has been an incredible part of our family’s journey, and I feel genuinely blessed to have both of my children cared for here. My daughter started in the Infant–Toddler program at 20 months, transitioned seamlessly into the 3–5 side, and eventually graduated. Now my two‑year‑old is in the IT program, and I could not imagine a more trustworthy, nurturing, and professional daycare. The staff at Puddle Splashers are extraordinary. They don’t just supervise—they care. They take the time to understand each child as an individual, recognizing their unique strengths and supporting their growth with patience, kindness, and evidence‑based approaches. My two children are complete opposites, yet the educators have built deep trust with both of them and helped each one flourish in their own way. One of the things I appreciate most is how intentional they are about creating meaningful experiences. I’ve seen them host pajama days, Valentines Day tea parties, hatching caterpillar eggs into butterflies and releasing them when they’re ready, setting up pretend campsites complete with flashlights and tents, the list goes on. They go above and beyond to build core memories for the kids. The space itself is clean, air‑conditioned, and safe, with a gated playground and shaded areas set up on hot days. They prioritize outdoor time, which my kids absolutely love. Their commitment to inclusion and diversity is woven into everyday learning. From a young age, children are introduced to different cultures in a way that feels natural, respectful, and joyful. It’s clear that the staff are not only passionate about childcare but also about raising kind, curious, and confident little humans. The impact they’ve had on my daughter’s development has been remarkable. They recognized her early interest in reading and nurtured it and as a result she was independently reading simple books before turning 4. When it came time for kindergarten, the transition was effortless because she was so well prepared. Their director Shawna made extra efforts to support us parents in transitioning our babies into elementary school and gave us so much valuable information that set us up for success down the road. Puddle Splashers has given both my children a foundation of confidence, curiosity, and happiness. I am endlessly grateful for the love, professionalism, and dedication they pour into their work. Without hesitation, I would recommend this daycare to any family looking for a place where their children will be truly seen, supported, and celebrated.

  Puddle Splashers is a phenomenal daycare! My daughter is in the infant/toddler room and is loving it.The staff are very warm, caring, nurturing and knowledgeable. It is a very welcoming, safe and happy environment! My daughter is always coming home and singing the songs she learns from her teachers. She is always happy to go to daycare. The center itself is beautifully designed, clean and bright space with great toys. The outdoor space for the infant/toddler area is covered which is a huge bonus (although the 2.5-5 year old outdoor space is amazing too!). The director and manager are excellent with communication and email us regularly with updates. They do theme days, holiday activities, special events, etc. It feels so good to not have to worry about my daughter during the day because I know she is in good hands. I would highly recommend this daycare!!
