Love this EarlyON, we've been bringing our son here for the past 2 years with no issues. The staff are kind, and they clearly care about the kids that come here. They are always super friendly and pleasant to have conversations with, and tips given about child development have always been very helpful. There are times I've been here when unreasonable and entitled parents are here, thinking that they themselves and their kids deserve special treatment. The staff here always handle these situations with high professionalism and respect. I'm very grateful that this service exists for people with children, and my family have greatly benefited from bringing our child here. This EarlyON location exemplifies the mission that this service was created for; creating and maintaining an environment of a perfect safe space for children to come play and grow throughout their most imporant early stages in life. Special shout out to HongXin, Sanam, Deana, and Shima, these have been the staff my family has mostly interacted with.

From the moment I first walked into the Richmond Hill EarlyON Centre, it felt like home. As a mother, finding a space where I felt welcomed, supported, and truly seen was incredibly important and this centre has provided exactly that. The environment is warm, inclusive, and thoughtfully designed to nurture both children and their caregivers. It quickly became a place where I felt a true sense of community. I came across so many compassionate staff here, and one of the biggest reasons this location has meant so much to me is because of Sanam.I have known Sanam for over 10 years, and I can say with complete confidence that she is one of the most dedicated and compassionate early childhood educators I have ever met. Her natural ability to connect with children and parents alike creates a welcoming and nurturing space for everyone. She brings such warmth and patience to her work, and her passion for early childhood development shines through in everything she does. Most importantly she always ensures the safety of all the children attending the program. Sanam goes above and beyond to make each child feel special and supported. Whether she’s leading an activity, offering a kind word, or sharing helpful resources, she does it all with genuine care and professionalism. As a parent, I always felt reassured knowing that my child was in such capable and loving hands. The Richmond Hill EarlyON Centre is lucky to have someone like Sanam on their team. She has been a steady and positive presence in my parenting journey, and I’m deeply grateful for the role she has played in both my life and my child’s development. I wholeheartedly recommend both the Richmond Hill EarlyON Centre and Sanam as one of the most outstanding staff members here, to any parent looking for a safe, engaging, and supportive space for their child to grow and thrive.

I love to come here with my child as it’s an engaging experience for both parent and child. While there are big crowds on the weekend, the staff there do everything they could to help manage the situation the best that they could. The toys and books are in great condition for my child to use or play with them easily. I would recommend to get there a bit early as there is a capacity limit for children and adults together.

Been visiting this center since my kid turned 12 months old. I found the activities and toys offered were engaging and explorative for my kid. I learned different ways to play and sing with my kid through circle time. The educators were attentive and helpful every time I visited. The 2 things I hope the program improves are more outdoor time and a better check-in system so parents can easily know if the program is full before driving to the centre. This is not directed to this location but to the whole EarlyON program.

I have attended the camps organized by this EarlyON center for 3 weeks this summer. The activities were very well designed and prepared to allow kids explore freely and safely, initiate play, and have fun while learning. I enjoyed the quality time spent with kids, without having to stress about the clean up. The educators are very friendly and supportive; they provide a lot of guidance, encouragement, and affection to my kids. Sanam and Deana were the first educators my girl met, and their kindness helped her feel relaxed and settled down. The camps are very popular programs and required registration. We were lucky to get the spots. And I think the limited capacity is a key to the success for the programs. Young kids could feel overwhelmed and unsafe when the room gets too crowded. I could tell the difference from my kids’ reactions comparing a busy day to a light day: they tend to be more nervous and clingy when there are more attendees. Thank you EarlyON for all the beautiful memories you have created for my kids!
