  After visiting several daycare centers and Montessori schools in the same area, we decided to go with Shining Stars because of the staff. They really care about the children and whenever we gave them specific instructions about the best way to care for our son, they were more than happy to do so! Definitely a great place for children where they will be safe and most importantly, cared for.

  The best childcare ever! Both of my children went to this childcare. It is very clean and organized. Staffs are very passionate and kind. Fresh food made in centre daily for children. My children had lots of fun playing and learned a lot through play. I could not have asked for a better place for my children to be in their younger years! My daughter who now is almost 9 still misses being in Shining Stars!

  Highly recommend this daycare. Teachers and principal know each kid by name and genuinely care about the well-being of the kids. My daughter started during the pandemic at 2 years of age and graduated into public school JK. She is happy going to Shining Star, prepped to be so independent, learned so many skills AND manners! It was nice to have a camera of the classroom for us to peek into what our child is doing and how she is with other kids. shining star is also very good with communicating daily about how the day was, sending weekly emails w pictures and learning plan, and also any inquiries we may have. Very professional and proactive at keeping the kids safe in a pandemic setting as well. Will be sending our second kid there for sure. Our daughter wants to visit and see her teachers again !

  My son attended Shining Stars for about 2 years. He started attending after the start of the pandemic. The center followed all government guidelines closely, to ensure everyone was safe. There was frequent and transparent communication. My son changed classes a couple of times over the two years. All of his teachers were very kind. They helped my son learn self-help skills. Every Friday, a folder with lots of art work is sent home - the children are provided with plenty of fun activities. Holly, who oversees the operations is very friendly. It is easy to tell that she is very experienced at running the child care center. My wife and I decided to send my son to Shining Stars based on a recommendation from our friends, who's son also attended Shining Stars for 2 years - he is now 10 years old! Our friends spoke very highly of Holly and the teachers. The fact that Holly has been there for so long, shows that there is great stability at the center. They have cameras for you to see your child throughout the day. They have a nice outdoor play area. They ensure that children get plenty of fresh air. They send pictures once a week. I definitely recommend this childcare center.

  Sent our son here after a lot of research and we were very happy with our decision. He stayed there for about 1 and a half years and was very happy there the entire time. The staff at Shining Stars are all very caring and loving. The director Holly is great, super communicative, and always on top of things. She always addresses any concerns or issues immediately. During Covid times they followed all the health guidelines and always informed parents of any cases/updates. Our son built a lot of special bonds with the teachers, including Ms Alysa, who is a wonderful teacher. Now that he is in kindergarten, he says he misses his daycare!
