A cozy atmosphere with plenty of menu options for all dietary needs. As a resident of the neighborhood, and a regular customer of this establishment, I must mention how refreshing it is to experience quality service at its best. Old school family run business that values each and every customer with a personal touch and a friendly ambiance of care. Nice, clean interior with a catchy decor. Great food at a reasonable price but service is the icing on the cake!! A must visit.

We usually go at quiet times but today we got the second last table. Staff worked as a team and 4 different people served us efficiently and accurately. The food orders came quickly and were great tasting as usual despite the crowd. It was wonderful to see the staff so genuinely cheerful. That feeling transfers to the patrons. It is no wonder so many people make Rise and Dine their breakfast placr.

Just wanted a quick breakfast with my best friend so we decided to try this place for the first time. The price is decent and you get a decent generous amount of food with it, can't complain at all about that! Decor and atmosphere feels dated in a good way, the place is well kept and clean, Nice service as well. Thank you!
