Wonderful experience! The ice cream was delicious, with a great variety of flavors to choose from. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Tried rolled up icecream for the first time at this locations grand opening and as a hazelnut lover I had to go with the ferero Roche which was amazing!! The bubble waffles were also great! Overall an amazing icecream spot in Richmond hill and the staff is amazing!

My family and I have been visiting this location for over a year now. This is our favourite ice cream spot, and we always look forward to coming here. The customer service exceeds our expectations, and all of their staff is extremely friendly. Special shoutout to Rizwan (Riz), who without fail, ensures that customers are having a good time and that they have everything they need. It's rare to see such service nowadays, and I'm highly impressed. PS - They give a birthday treat too :)

Randomly stopped in cuz I love rolled ice cream. They did not disappoint!! I had the mango colada and my friend got the chocolate espresso. I wish the pineapple was more prominent and she wished the coffee flavor was stronger. But both were still yummy. I also had the grilled cheese, deliciously cheesy. And my friend had the chicken tortilla wrap. Which was also delicious, just wish the jalapeño was cut down more. There were pretty big slices in the wrap.

Our favorite roll up ice cream shop! The mango ice cream is my favorite. It tastes very similar to those I ate in Hong Kong. Ice cream here are made to order. So many combinations to choose from. Lots of seats and lots of parking. We go here once in a while to indulge ourseves!
