I had a rabri falooda today, and it was really delicious. My brother even bought me another one to take home because it was so good. The person who prepared was very professional, and they even gave some extra rabri.

From their ice cream to their falooda, everything tastes so good! Staff are nice and welcoming. Does get busy sometimes so you might have to wait a bit, but overall great place to stop by for a sweet treat!

I came here to get ice cream and called ahead to confirm the hours. I was told they were open until 12:30 a.m. (and online it even said 1:00 a.m.). When I arrived, they had already closed and were mopping the floors well before the posted closing time. This was really disappointing and a waste of my time driving there. If you plan on closing early, please communicate that clearly to customers when they call. Better communication would go a long way. Very frustrating experience.

I recently visited Rollz Ice Cream and had a mixed experience. The taste of the ice cream was okay, but unfortunately the hygiene standards were very disappointing. • Staff were not wearing hair or beard nets while preparing the ice cream.• One of the staff members wiped his nose with his forearm and continued making the ice cream.• Another staff member was continuously talking on the phone while working. I hope the management pays more attention to hygiene and staff practices, because cleanliness is extremely important in food service. Improving this would definitely make the experience much better.
