    As a complete beginner, I was struggling to find places that offer consecutive in-person classes. But then I found Run The Flex. Everything changed (for the better). I wish I came here earlier! It's absolutely worth the commute, and the price is so good for the quality of these classes. I have Aaron as a teacher, and I love the energy he brings every time. It's so fun, and I always leave class energized. All of the staff are really nice! It's the extra effort that makes this place so great. They take the time to record and post what you've learned in a dropbox so you can practice at home. Also the coloured lights are such a vibe - it's amazing how just dimming the lights makes the studio really welcoming.

    Run the flex has been one of my favourite studios to go to while visiting Toronto. There’s a variety of styles and levels to chose from. Every instructor I’ve taken class with has been super knowledgeable and kept the class rooted in the culture of the style. Will definitely come back when I’m in the city again.
