This Japanese cafe is located in front of a ramen shop featuring Matcha products. The price is inexpensive. For the parfait, the matcha tastes rich in the ice cream. The ube cheesecake is dense matching with a soft whipped cream which is a perfect combination. The interior is small and beautiful that it is still comfortable in Japanese wooden style.

Leaving 3 stars for a dry crumbly Basque cheesecake with poorly mixed ingredients. For a 7 dollar slice I do expect better quality. What I thought were mold spots are likely just pockets of unmixed flour or cream cheese that wasn't brought to room temperature before mixing. I hope they work on their recipe because the the texture is extremely dry and clearly not well mixed to leave this spots. ------Original review below Ube Basque cheesecake is dry and crumbly, and potentially has mold. I ordered a slice for takeout and was disappointed with how dry the slice was. Then I looked down and saw mold spots. I immediately went back to warn the cafe. These spots have already been flagged to an employee but a supervisor insists they are from the cream cheese and not mold. I hope I am wrong but these are not the kind of spots I would see resulting from poorly mixed flour or cream cheese (like in the reference photo I've added). You can also see that the slices in other reviews does not have blue grey spots like these. You can see the spot even protrudes from where it is sliced, which would align with it being a growth. I will take down my review if I am wrong but I wanted to warn other customers since the cake is still on display and for sale and I don't want someone getting sick.

Great place for a quick dessert treat. They serve very good Matcha. We also really liked the hi china soft serve. The matcha float is delicious too

Really good matcha float, soft serve matcha ice cream, and matcha latte. Good price for good matcha quality. Very limited seating. Really cute cakes/desserts. Their ube basque cheesecake is good but also quite dry so it goes well with matcha drinks. The Hojicha drink has strong taste to it without tasting bitter. Overall good menu.

We went here specifically for the winter set, and it was absolutely worth the visit. Visually, it was stunning and really felt like an experience rather than just a dessert. The matcha bowl was also very good, and the maple syrup surprisingly paired really well with the matcha, adding a nice balance without overpowering it. The bear cookie and cream was cute, but taste wise it was something I could have skipped. The cafe itself is charming and aesthetically pleasing, but the seating area is quite small and not the most comfortable. It would be even better with more space and comfier seating so you could fully relax and enjoy the experience. Overall, it was a great visit and I will definitely be coming back, especially for the set and the matcha.
