  We went here for my brother’s graduation and it was a great experience. Caitlin was our server and she was great. We had a big group and she gave us an extra table, always made sure our table was clean of any plates and made sure we always had water. I ordered the Chicken and shrimp and the limited time dessert, both were really tasty and I would definitely eat here again.

  My husband and I went to Scaddabush for lunch on the weekend and were disgusted by how we were treated by the manager. We like to go there for special occasions and they have quite a few gluten free options (I have celiac disease) that are delicious! We ordered the bruschetta Fresca with the gluten free bread and it was amazing, I would order that as a meal if I went back again. Then we ordered our mains, I got a vodka pollo pasta (GF) that was delicious and my husband ordered the butcher pizza which looked like it had been sitting around all day!!! My husband goes to this location for work meetings and functions and has ordered this particular pizza several times as it is his favourite. One thing to note is that my husband will not complain about service in a restaurant, store, etc he sucks it up and assumes service will be better next time. However, the manager happened to bring our meals to the table and my husband actually spoke up and said that the pizza didn’t look like how it usually does and asked for it to be remade (I was stunned), the manager looked confused and said fine!! After quite some time “another” pizza was brought over and it looked like they had just stuck it in the oven, it looked even worse the second time around. The manager refused to come to our table to acknowledge this, I believe he was the one who told the kitchen to heat it up and re deliver it!! Extremely disappointing!! The only bright spot was our waitress was amazing and super understanding, telling us that the whole experience was unacceptable. In the end, my husband didn’t touch the pizza, told them to take it off the menu and sent it back, and we came home and he ordered other food. Overall the manager needs to be held accountable for his rude and dismissive behaviour.

  My second time coming to this location with a friend and it was great. We had a reservation on Friday night and the place was busy but not jam packed...though I remember the last time I came it was filled to the brim, so reservations are recommended during the weekends at least. The Zucco Ravioli was delicious, and we enjoyed their seasonal/limited time almond cake dessert as well! Kent was a great server, appreciated his enthusiasm and recommendation to split a main since we also had the fresh mozzarella. Looking forward to coming back again sometime!

  Monday night needed no reservations as the restaurant was not busy. We ordered their famous mozzarella - balsamic truffle, bruschetta fresca , margarita pizza and mushroom truffle malfade pasta. Bruschetta was a bit bland and lacked flavours while mozzarella should be more softer in my POV. Pasta was excellent and a must try dish on their menu! Overall experience was really good and we are already dreaming about our next visit! :)

  Had a great experience at Scaddabush at Scarborough Town Centre! Our server, Naheed, was very friendly and attentive throughout the visit. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and a Margherita pizza, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The service was quick, and Naheed made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a really enjoyable meal and great service. Would definitely come back!
