The girl named Ariana was the worst at customer service because she put a cap for all of us to not taste even though when you come out with new flavours and I have been to multiple locations one at square one mall one at financial district, which is distallry district And all the locations have been really good with service however, Ariana decided that we should not try the flavours because she can do more. We paid over $40 but we couldn’t try the flavours she said we cannot. We are going to pay but we need to decide none of the locations have done this before. Love the ice cream however hate this location because of Ariana. Never visiting here again! Train staff please especially customer service.

love scooped ice cream, and their customer service is wonderful! Although it’s hard to see the actual ice cream flavours, the staff allowed me to taste a few samples to help me decide. The ice cream is rich and creamy and the shop itself is clean, big, and welcoming! Portions are generous, will 100% be coming back

Came here one evening during a walk with my dog, and I was pleasantly surprised at the number of flavours and the variety of options they had. I had their cookies & cream chaos flavour and it was great! I will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

If you want diabetes, this is the place to go! The flavours are very yummy and rich, however it is a sugar bomb. They are rather generous with each scoop as well!

The first thing that grabs your attention is the unique design of the store. It’s not fancy or high-end, but it stands out and definitely makes you want to check it out as you walk by. Once you’re inside, it can feel a bit confusing at first. The space is relatively large, and the counter is tucked over to the right. There’s no display or visual of the flavors, just a simple menu board above the cashier. You basically just pick a flavor from the board and place your order. I would’ve appreciated a bit more clarity or explanation on the menu. Since they don’t offer many of the usual flavors like chocolate or berry, you end up having to ask the staff what each item actually is and how it compares to something more familiar. It’s clear they’re trying to do something different, bringing their own spin to ice cream, which I respect. The ice cream itself tasted good, not too sweet, and nothing off about the flavour. But honestly, it didn’t blow me away. It was solid, just not something I’d call unforgettable.
