First time - ordered upon a workmate's recommendation through a food app. Was not thrilled about the portion received for what was paid to be honest. Food itself was just ok, nothing outstanding really. Sorry to say but I would not order again.

Food: Chicken shawarma was good, wrap size was sufficient. Service was quick. Neat seating area.

The staff was really nice but the food was not enjoyable. I ordered two chicken shawarma plates. They give you a lot of rice and salad but they only put a thin layer of meat on top. I got extra hot sauce but the hot sauce wasn't hot at all, it was very acidic

This thing was falling apart like it had a rough day. Dry, barely any sauce, and wrapped like someone gave up halfway through. Shawarma Frenzy can be so good when they try — but when it shows up like this, it's just plain disappointing. Consistency matters.
