My daughter has been attending spotlight since 2019 and the growth I have seen in her from the program is astronomical!!! Her confidence and abilities have grown tenfold and cannot begin to thank the incredible staff at Spotlight for their part to play in this. The program has not only nurtured her love of musical theatre and performance but gives her confidence in her everyday interactions and life. We have done both private lessons as well as triple threat, and various camps, and all of the programs have been phenomenal. Taking a multitude of classes at Spotlight Academy has been the most amazing experience for both my children over the last 4 years. The skills they have learned both on and off stage have been invaluable. They are confident on stage in acting, singing and dance choreography. The staff are incredible- knowledgeable, nurturing and encouraging. For so many reasons, it has helped my kids grow in many ways and it is hands down their favourite after school activity. We all feel AT HOME when we enter the studio. . .the warmth, the smiles, the joy. . .it is a very special place!

The moment my daughter walks into Spotlight, she is greeted by their enthusiastic staff! The owners Amanda and Michelle and all of the staff at Spotlight make her feel so happy to be in “her happy place.” She never misses the opportunity to warm up, dance, sing and rehearse with her triple threat group or currently, with her Production group every week. The progress she has made over the years is remarkable! From acting, to singing, to building her confidence in the Spotlight, this place is magical! The final show at the Isabel Bader Theatre runs like a well oiled machine. So well organized and professional. We have already recommended Spotlight to many families. Most definitely encourage you to give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

Spotlight is such a fun place to sing, dance, and act. My daughter loves it. She'd been there for 2 years with 3 productions: Triple Threat, Into the Woods and Mean Girls Jr which she's doing right now then when you're done all the rehearsals, the kids have a big show downtown and if you want your child to have fun too then I totally recommend this place!

Just hosted my daughter's birthday party at Spotlight and it did not disappoint. The staff are warm, enthusiastic and professional. Details were all handled without issue. They took care of everything. Would highly recommend them if you have a kiddo who loves to sing, dance and perform!
