This place is home. I don't dance here anymore but if I could go back I 100% would. My old dance studio didn't even know my name after I had danced there 6 years. I went to Spotlight and my first day of class the owner Sara met me at the door with a smile, told me my exact schedule for the night (she took the time to memorize it), and made me feel so at home. The friends I made while at this studio truly will last a lifetime. We still have get togethers and talk all the time. I have met some of my best friends at Spotlight. The kindness and love that is spread throughout the studio makes this studio so special. Sara and her fellow teachers have all made their mark and impacted my life in so many more ways then one. Please bring your kids here. You will NOT be disappointed.

You get what you pay for. This was our intro to ballet for my daughter and the experience was so bad that we dropped out mid season. The lack of structure, communication, and organization is unbelievable. There is barely enough space for parents to watch their kids, a couple of benches or so, and then they insist on turning off all of the lights so the kids can focus on the lesson instead of looking out of the window. It is often dirty, with signs stating to take your shoes off at the door, but then you leave with cold and wet socks. I've spoken with other moms who also pulled their children out bc the program is lacking and I'm surprised there aren't any other reviews echoing my experience. I would explore other options if I were you.

Spotlight DanceWorks is my children’s second home. We absolutely love our dance family! As comp dancers they spend a lot of time at the studio and wouldn’t have it any other way. They have learned and grown so much as dancers and people in their years there in an environment full of love and support. The staff is dedicated and so supportive. The over all feel of the team is exactly what I want for my kids. One of support, encouragement and dedication. We recommend Spotlight whole heartedly to dancers big and small, recreational and competitive.

I can’t say enough good things about the owner (Sara) and her staff of amazing teachers. The amount of love and encouragement they show to there students is amazing! Being in both the recreational and competitive programs with my daughters we spend a lot of our time in a studio filled with loving, caring and respectful teachers and staff that treat us all like family. My girls have learnt a lot more then just dance from there time at spotlight and the amount of team spirit they have is incredible! I would and do recommend to everyone to give Spotlight a try you won’t be disappointed!

We hosted our daughter's 5th birthday party here What we saved in hosting/venue fees we were able to defer towards decorations, food, loot bags etc. Amy was wonderful. She was in the mix helping us hang decorations, prepare tables, the whole shebang! I definitely would recommend this to any parent looking to make memories of a lifetime. Thank you Spotlight Danceworks for making our daughter's fifth a magical one.
