My son just graduated from Step by Step and we are so sad to leave! The teachers are always super friendly and attentive. The facility itself is very cute and clean. We especially love the gym and all the activities they have such as basketball and bbqs. We toured a few daycares before and we are so glad that we chose to attend school here❤️

We toured the daycare when my daughter was 5 months old and we decided to take Step by Step as our only option for waiting list. We love the safe environment for kids and the kids are so happy! Each classroom is tidy and organized, the food is healthy and delicious (my daughter always finishes the meals every day). The attached gym is definitely a plus especially on cold and rainy days! All the teachers are very responsible and care about the kids. My daughter loves daycare and looks forward to going every morning! Doesn’t it mean everything already? We would 200% recommend it and we are so fortunate to have Step by Step!

I recently moved here from London, Ontario and was looking for a daycare for my toddler. I spoke to the owner and she said that she found it odd that I am moving and wanted to bring my child in to observe her. It was a terrible call and I felt like I was being judged and quite honestly canvassed. If this is how she speaks to potential clients then I cannot imagine how she treats her staff and students so I decided to forgo this daycare. All the best.
