  Delaram was one the backbone staff members in our Centre at Les Petits Artistes Montessori in Vancouver, BC before moving to Coquitlam to open her own childcare centre. As a teacher, she was very well focused on children’s learning and safety and didn’t spare any effort to enhance their learning experience through the daycare program. She is a creative person who takes the leadership to adapt the learning component to fit their needs based on their abilities. She demonstrated a great ability to focus on the details regarding children development, helping both parents, staff, and special needs specialists.
