Wow! So much fun. My partner and I loved joining the public class with Chef Sang. It was easy to follow along and lots of fun, while being informative and educational. Chef Sang taught us how to make a number of different sushi rolls, and we were given lots of opportunity to choose our own ingredients/ make them our own. Along the way, Chef Sang brought a sense of humor and genuine kindness. He created a fun and exciting environment for us to learn something new.

Chef Sang’s knowledge provided all of the detailed, step-by-step guidance I was hoping for when seeking a sushi-making class, but what really made the overall experience special was his humour. We were very grateful to have an intimate experience and really have a new found appreciation for the history behind the culinary art of sushi. Thank you Chef, we hope to meet again! Steph & Iain

Taking this sushi making class with Chef Sang was a fantastic experience! We learned a lot and the food was delicious and so fresh tasting! Chef Sang was so charismatic and made the night so much fun! It is a bonus that proceeds from classes support marginalized communities run youth programs!

Jennifer, Dale and Chef Sang were nothing but hospitable and wonderful hosts. The evening was full of entertaining dialect and educational content. Learning to make your own sushi with a fun and interactive group was in my opinion, the best way to spend a Friday evening! Truely and highly recommended! May even go again 😍
