We have come to this location a number of times and somehow we had lucked out to have Sandra as our server each time. She is pleasant, efficient and overall a positive. The food is always great! Its Swiss Chalet so enough said. We recommend going there! Ask for Sandra!

Ms. Sofia from Bulgaria was our waitress, and she was friendly, polite and helpful. We purchased two chicken dinners with white meat, and for the sides we ordered mac and cheese and poutine (fresh and delicious). We will be returning for dinner, sometime in the future. Thank you!

Even with the place being busy. Ladies put on special smile, and still makes you feel at home. Great visit like always for lunch. Thank you sunshine for taking care of me!!

Everything is really great with our server but it’s annoying when they make you wait at the front when half the restaurant is empty before you are seated. Sunshine did an amazing job!

UPDATE I received a response to my review and I was contacted about my experience. I was provided a resolution and for this I updated my rating to reflect the way in which my concern was handled. NOTE- ordered again with credit I recompiled up order - double leg festive special with garden salad. Food was very good, fresh and warm Ordered online for lunch; special for the day was quarter and ribs- order arrived and was only slightly warm ribs were overly slathered in honey garlic sauce, chicken leg had fallen apart so it must of been hanging around for a bit and fries were cool in temp. I am disappointed in food quality for what I was charged You gotta do better Swiss chalet… just because it’s a delivery order it doesn’t mean the quality has to be less. Would you have served this to a customer that ate there. I don’t think so.
