What parents say

Beautiful well appointed shared facility. Friendly, caring Staff; that share the same mandate to help; as much as I do.

  • Ian Watson

A fun and vibrant cake-making community. We went to the open house and I was blown away by the concept of the communal facilities, the well-organised working areas, and by meeting the people involved. And the sample goods were first class too!

I attended their Starting a Food Based Business seminar. It was very informative and helpful. The staff their are all friendly and personable. I also toured their facility. It is a very clean, well thought out facility.

Been over 2 months now after an initial phone conversation. Since then I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone to book a walk through and get detailed information. Nobody answers the phone or returns the call even though I leave a voicemail no one replied to my email either. Finally I paid a visit recently, a nice lady who I forgot her name (sorry) opened the door for me, and gave me a quick walk through. I explained my situation and she wrote down my contact information. It’s been 3 business days since my visit and still nobody gave a call or sent an email. To be fair the place looks clean and well kept, seems like a good place to be. But unfortunately I’m worried about being able to consistently run my business there because communication seems to be a problem and I don’t know how I would depend on them with my orders, because if nobody answers the phone or reply emails how a business is supposed to make a reservations!!!
