My family and I use to come here every year. The owner use to deliver the pottery due to their hours. For years, they've held on to our pottery and never given it to us.

I placed an order on March 29 and was helped by a very kind staff member, which made me excited to support this business. Unfortunately, it's now been over four months, and I still haven’t received my piece. Despite calling, texting, and visiting in person to follow up, I’ve gotten no clear update or resolution. It’s disappointing, especially after such a positive first impression. I hope this can still be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I wouldn’t recommend this business.

Was a good experience painting, but the experience has been completely ruined because I painted my piece 2 weeks before Christmas after being told that it would be done beforehand. Been waiting over 2 months now and i still can’t get an answer as to if its done yet. Almost every time i call it goes to voicemail and i leave a message. (5 times) The couple times i actually speak to someone, the gentleman tells me that he will check call me back. Obviously never heard back. I show up during the day multiple times and they are closed during the operating hours. Absolutely ridiculous…
