  Highly recommended childcare facility. The teachers (guides) provide a welcoming and warmth environment that helps our LO adjust to the new setup. They are very patient, supportive and loving to the kids in their care. They provide an authentic Montessori program that helps our LO thrive. Healthy meals are already included in the program which is very helpful for busy parents like us. The management/owners are considerate and caring not just to the kids but to the entire family. Our LO had made such much great memories that he can still recall everything he experienced and learned through TLCMA. We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience and connection. We miss TLCMA so much and we wish you expand in other cities :)

  We have been at The Learning Child for one year now. Coming from our previous childcare being a dayhome setting, I was nervous about the transition and the experience we would have at a larger centre, but I have been continually impressed by TLCMA. The teachers care so much about the kids, and our children have developed a strong bond with many of the teachers and many of the other students. This school is welcoming, clean, filled with teachers who are simply happy and genuine people. I have watched the programs grow, and they are building not only a strong school setting, but a sense of community for the families who attend here. Throughout the summer, there has been many really fun activities for the children, and we are looking forward to getting back into the regular curriculum and watching our little ones' minds grow. Montessori has provided our children a great sense of independence and has helped us grow as parents as well.

  TLCMA provided a nurturing, caring & safe atmosphere to our son during his time at the daycare. When we moved to Calgary, finding the best childcare for our child was our top priority, and we were fortunate to have him admitted to this prestigious institution. The facility is always pristine and the teachers are dedicated to ensure that each child at the facility has their best day everyday. The communications and updates about the children's daily activities are prompt and the teachers give you a summary of each child's day at pickup. There are always daily and weekly events which the parents will be updated on as part of the monthly newsletter. The parent education nights which the centre organizes are a great way to understand what a child's day look like at the centre. There are also 2 parent teacher meetings in a year where as parents you get a detailed report of the child's progress. Our child has loved his time at this daycare, and he has made many dear friends and wonderful memories that he will always cherish. Thanks to everyone at TLCMA especially his dear teachers ❤️

  In 2022 I contacted 23 different daycares looking for a quality place for my 1 and 3 year old as I returned to work after being unemployed for 12 months. I was desperate to find a quality daycare to give my kids every opportunity they deserved, and I could afford. It's been 2 years. The fact that my kids both ended up at the Learning Child was a miracle. The quality of communication with parents is appreciated and excellent. The diversity of lessons and learning opportunities is spectacular, both cultural and practical. I have family with kids in other Montessori daycares. Based on their feedback, the personal care and love the Learning Child staff show children eclipses that of other Montessori daycares. I never had to worry about my kids, in the care of their wonderful and loving staff. As a parent, thank you. I highly recommend the Learning Child to any parent looking to provide their kids with the highest quality of care, balancing education and play.
