  I had been searching for a music studio for my children for a while now and The Music Studio came highly recommended from a close friend. Both my children (8 and 5) have been attending the studio for 5 months now and we are so happy we found it. My children have developed confidence with performing in front of crowds and their love for music has grown so much. Ed, the owner of The Music Studio, is caring and dedicated. He accommodates busy family schedules and is always willing to work with you. He has created a welcoming space with incredible staff (every single one of them is amazing and so passionate about music and teaching) and my children love attending their classes. I, as the parent, look forward to bringing my children each week because the waiting room(s) is so calming and to sit there listening to all the sounds of the instruments and children singing is so peaceful. We are grateful for finding The Music Studio

  Our two kids have been with The Music Studio for about two years and we are so happy with our experience. My 10 year old has been learning guitar with Nick and his unique way of teaching keeps my son engaged, focused and excited to learn more. This year he wanted to join one of Studio's bands and he's absolutely loving the experience. My 8 year old has been learning to play drums with Ed. He's excited and working hard towards learning to play one of his favourite rock songs soon! I look forward to watching their performances at the concerts held throughout the year and I especially love the Rock Band summer camp programs offered. To see what they accomplish with these kids in just a week is beyond IMPRESSIVE! Highly recommend!

  I just happened to walk by The Music Studio a couple of years ago and right from the start of the inquiry and enrolment period, it was obvious that this isn't merely a business but an avenue to develop and share a love of music which Ed (and all the teachers) share with the kids. My daughter started at the Music Studio a little over 2 years ago and this is one activity that she has been consistent in. She loves to go for her classes, really enjoys learning and playing the piano, and looks forward to the monthly concerts. The lessons are well structured and paced for her to develop her skills, and the concerts give her the opportunity to build her confidence when performing in public. The Studio space is warm & inviting, the team is friendly & flexible, offering makeup lessons where necessary and working around holidays and busy family schedules. I would 100% recommend The Music Studio to any parent who is looking for an after-school or summer activity for their children. There are even lessons for adults if you are looking for something new to try.

  My son has been learning how to play the piano with the Music Studio for several years. I just heard him practice a song on the piano and he did very well. His development has amazed me. The Music Studio is a great place to learn music. The instructors are all kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable about the music they are teaching. They teach in a way that fully engages the student which contributes to great progress in their development. We also appreciate their flexibility in scheduling make up lessons as well. Ed who is the owner and manager is amazing. He’s passionate about music and it’s obvious he cares about all the students. The Music Studio provides students with a positive environment and talented teaching staff as well as opportunities to perform so they can develop their musical abilities. Picking the Music Studio was the right choice for us. I highly recommend the Music Studio for music lesson whether piano, guitar, drums or vocal.

  The music studio is a wonderful place to learn music. My daughter is taking singing lessons and she absolutely loves it. She has already performed at numerous public events that the music studio arranges for the students. From informal events like Java Joe's to the end of season performance in a performance hall, all of the events have been truly a great experience for my daughter. Performing in front of people is a great way to get confidence. And my daughter's teacher Shelby is a knowledgeable and passionate teacher. She always made sure my daughter was prepared for all of her performances. She really teaches the singing, but also the music and notes so that the student understands the music. I highly recommend the music studio to anyone who wants to learn singing or instrumental music.
