So last year my daughter Dr Mikaela Fudge Kofman gave me a wonderful and amazing experience for xmas. I had been playing around with making pizza from scratch since covid.. ive probably made about 1000 pizza's .... all very different and some just awful and only some worthy of the family taste test. But given none of my pizza was actually very good Dr Fudge decided to send me to a Masterclass of Pizza making at the SSchool Of Italian Pizza It was a completely different kind of day for me. I loved it and the guys running this place are really knowledgable and incredibly fun! Firstly i learned a lot, then i realized i know very little about cooking, and thirdly I thoughly enjoyed learning something new and so far away from my daily life. Lastly, on that day I ate allot .. and I mean allot of incredible pizza made by a master..... ( not me!! ) ... If you have any interest in exploring something new and different or just love learning new stuff , give them a call .. it was a great day!

We’ve been making pizza from scratch for many years and thought it was pretty good. Last week we attended the Classica Pizza Making Class (a Christmas gift from our children) and enjoyed a very informative day with great hands-on experience. On the weekend we applied what we had learned and made the best pizzas ever!! If you are a pizza lover who enjoys making your own pizza, you have to take one of their classes. Thank you SOIP!

Took the classic pizza class with Marco, it was amazing. I learned so much, from flower to raising, I’ve been doing things wrong for years. Looking forward to more classes

What a wonderful spot. We attended a class as just a casual, at home pizza making family. They were able to teach a class that we along with seasoned bakers looking to perfect their craft could learn from. The staff at this location is amazing. As well as the instructors that they bring in from around the world. Would highly recommend, and we will be back!

Awesome pizza class! The instructor was super clear and straight to the point — no time wasted, just solid pizza talk. You can tell he’s got real passion for the craft and total commitment to what he does. The whole crew was super nice and welcoming, and the setup for students was great. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks for the great experience!
