What parents say

  • Kendra Fry

Our child has always been so well supported in all her various dance pursuits by this lovely, inclusive studio.

  • Devon Symes

Excellent staff, many different levels of dance available with lots of options. New location is clean and bright. Park in the green p behind the building.

My daughters went here for 3-4 years when very young. Good small school but 2 changes in ownership over a short period ... (2 years) seemed to cause problems which I hope they have settled? Staff were nice but I moved my kids elsewhere for the last 2 years just for a change and some stability

I cannot say enough about this dance school. I switched my 7 year old daughter to TDC from another school and definitely made the right choice. She has progressed by leaps and bounds through the firm, yet fun mentorship of some incredible teachers. The technique is precise and choreography of the dances at the year end performance was inspiring. To see the older dancers perform so beautifully is proof of excellent training. As Beth said at the year end show, TDC teaches their dancers TO dance, not A dance. My daughter dances everywhere she goes, cannot wait to get to class, and I know that this feeling is widely felt. If google would let me give more than five stars, I would without question.

My daughter has been attending TDC (previously VPDC) for 3 years now. When she first joined, we just wanted her to get regular exercise. But the camaraderie, support, and friendships that have developed have made TDC her second 'home'. The owners, admin staff and instructors really get to know these kids and bring out the best in them. And the level of respect, tolerance, and persistence that is being reinforced by the teaching staff certainly grounds the dancers and keeps them focused. I can't recommend this dance studio enough!
