I’m a current student at Toronto Guitar School and it’s been an amazing experience. Last year, I started lessons with Camila as my teacher and the progress I’ve made in such a short amount of time is something I’m really proud of. With her guidance, I get to learn how to play songs that I’m interested in, while also developing strong technique in a structured environment. She’s an incredible teacher! More recently, I’ve joined the school’s band program and it’s such a great opportunity to get to jam with other people! All of the staff at Toronto Guitar School are super friendly to deal with and the location is very convenient for me. What’s more, I really appreciate that they grant environmental rebates for students that get to the school by walking, bicycle or TTC!

My son takes guitar lessons here. One on one lessons with great teachers. My son started when he was 7years old and all his teachers are extremely patient and mold the lessons to my son’s strengths. Would strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for long term lessons.

After several years of self-teaching, taking a few lessons with David Riddel has already caused a noticeable improvement in the way I play and practice. While YouTube is a great learning resource, receiving direct feedback from David has proven invaluable for avoiding hours of wasted practice time.

Best music school in Toronto! All the teachers at Toronto Guitar School are fantastic musicians — some of the best in the country — and great educators. I’ve met some of the friendliest people here, and the student concerts are an amazing way to gain exposure and build confidence. Glenn is always coming up with new, innovative ways to support and promote up-and-coming musicians. Highly recommend to anyone looking to take their playing to the next level!
