What parents say

A small library, with a very nice and friendly staff. They have a wheelchair entrance at the back of the library, which is also very practical for those who come with a stroller. There is a parking available. The bathroom is okay. I would also like to mention that the lady with a blond curly hair is just adorable.
Antimony Aggregator
Excellent spot for computers with Linux and Windows (adults should reserve if possible due to limited terminals) and lots of newcomer resorces with knowledgeable staff. Good disabled access at rear.

I really like friendly and helpful staff and welcoming environment in this library.

Very small library, no study space for adults except for a tiny one table. Almost no space for children. Consider it as a local library to borrow some books. They have a few parking spot by the church close to them.

I recently moved to the area and went to this library with my husband on a Saturday at 4:40pm to register for library cards. The registration desk was empty until 4:45, when a staff member finally showed up. Instead of being welcoming, she immediately acted inconvenienced, telling me it was “too close to closing” to process two cards. Fine—I said just do one. When I gave my driver’s license with my old address, she dismissed it without even listening. I explained I had already applied for the address change and even had my Toronto lease agreement with me. She then demanded another form of ID, so I gave my health card. Still, she was rude and dismissive the entire time. She spoke through a mask, barely audible, and when I politely asked her to repeat herself, she snapped “never mind.” If she insists on wearing a mask, she should at least have the courtesy to speak clearly instead of acting irritated when people can’t understand her. The whole interaction was unnecessarily hostile. She could have simply told me, politely, to come back another day if closing time was an issue. Instead, she made me feel unwelcome from the start, and I left regretting ever walking in. Honestly, I don’t know if she was just annoyed, discriminatory, or both, but the rudeness was unacceptable. I’ll be going to another branch rather than deal with this kind of treatment again.
