A nice and clean space to study in but this has to be the LOUDEST library I have ever been to. The staff here do not seem to encourage a quiet space to study/read in as they contribute to the noise pollution. If I wanted to study in a loud environment, I would go to a cafe. I am quite disappointed as it generally is a great library to get work done in.

The new library at the Parkway mall has now opened and it is fabulous! There are more new computers, more books, more everything. There are separate areas for quiet working, book these in advance by phone or computer in 1 hour time frames long desks with lots of electrical outlets. And best of all there is a closed in children's area where they can play and make as much noise to there hearts content and it's not heard in the rest of the library. They have new features like being able to print from home if you have a library card and wifi. There are too many new features. Come spend an hour or a day to check it out!

I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am with the changes being made in this library. I have been going to this library almost every day, looking for a quiet place to study for the past year, as I am sure that is what a library is made for. However, ever since the Youth Club has begun this year, I have had the worst experiences and I cannot even hear my own thoughts, which is sad as that room used to be a "quiet study room", perfect for university/college students, not teenagers. I have realized that multiple people feel the same as I see how they leave the library as more and more kids show up, distracting everyone. Even the security doesn't do anything. I do not understand why they decided to turn this library into a hangout spot, but I fear they will lose many customers if they do not put an end to this problem.

I am very happy with the newly improved and modernized library. Going at this branch for over 20 years + living in the area, before and after the library was moved to a new location, where it is now. Friendly librarians, library now has 2 private rooms, for private calls or interviews, lots of computers and books, big children space with books and toys. You can reserve your private room if needed over the phone, librarians are very accommodating. 5*
