I ordered a milkshake from Treats ‘N Eats Desserts through DoorDash and it arrived completely spilled. The lid was not even on properly and there was no sticker attached on the top of the lid, and the drink leaked all over the bag and my room. It was a total mess. I called the store right away to report it. The girl who answered took my name and number and said the manager would call me back, but no one ever did. I called again the next day and was told the manager was still “not here,” which honestly sounds far from the truth. This shows very poor customer service and zero accountability. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a customer’s concern is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again.

Got literal moldy food, contacted them about it said they will reach out with a resolution never did, called back today, they were so rude. Calling health and safety now, if they respected me and honestly gave me the time of day and made things right would not have to do this. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE!! Photos attached Update, they reached out after my review and only offered to justify the situation if I took down my review. Also outright said that they only reached out because of the review

A hidden gem in Scarborough with plenty of great dessert options, along with chicken & waffles and crepes. The Kawartha ice cream and ice cream shakes are my absolute favorites—and the best part is they’re all available here!

Treats’ n Eats is such a charming spot for a sweet treat. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great place to stop by and relax for a bit. I tried their coconut ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious — creamy, smooth, and bursting with natural coconut flavor. It wasn’t overly sweet, which made it feel light and refreshing, but still indulgent enough to satisfy a dessert craving. The texture was velvety, and each bite was enjoyable, showing that care goes into making the desserts here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall pleasant experience. My only minor gripe was that the portion was slightly small for the price, but the quality and flavor definitely made up for it. Overall, Treats’ n Eats is a lovely little dessert spot. The coconut ice cream alone is worth a visit, and I’m looking forward to trying more of their menu next time. It’s a solid 4-star experience — tasty, well-made, and served with a smile.
