I had breakfast here with some colleagues and it was a fantastic little spot! The food and service were high quality. The chef at the omelette station made our day! She was lovely with her sweet Jamaican accent haha! The atrium styled room we were seated in was bright and cosy with a spectacular view of a historic gothic-styled church! Overall highly recommended.

Luxurious dinning in the heart of the city, right next to Eaton Center. Menus are expensive, however the food had wide range vegetarian options as well. Food presentation and taste was very good.

I cannot say how much I loved the service here, I wish there were more stars to give. We had so much food for the time we stayed at the hotel and ate breakfast and dinners here. What really stood out is the luscious truffle mushroom poutine. I mean wow! I like my steak poutine but this was next level. Creamy, flavorful and cooked just right. We also had a beautiful dessert for a sweet end to the evening. That was really decadent.

We made a confirmed reservation specifically for the Fireside Lounge; however, upon arrival, that reservation was not honored and we were seated at a table in front of the bar without prior notice or explanation. This was disappointing, particularly given that the lounge setting was the reason for our booking. Service levels throughout the evening were unacceptable. We waited approximately 15 minutes after being seated before any staff member approached our table. After orders were taken, there were 30–50 minute intervals between courses, with no proactive communication or acknowledgment of the delays. The lack of pacing, visibility, and ownership materially detracted from the experience. If the establishment is operating with staffing or capacity constraints, reservations should be managed accordingly. Accepting bookings that cannot be properly serviced reflects poorly on operational planning and guest commitment.

Went for lunch today... the service was really on point. Appetisers lamb meatballs and garlic shrimp😋 very tasty. Ordered the grilled cheese with fries, hamburger and fries were delicious! Will definitely drop in again!!!
