Good as usual 👌. Very reliable in all aspects: Food, hours, freshness, quality, . A fellow came in the establishment probably using or housing challenged and clearly was asking for something for free . The lady working gave him a coffee to go. She was very passionate and professional. The fellow left without incident.

About $25 for a plate and coffee. Solid diner fare, good value. Coffee is good. It’s a snug little place but that makes the booths feel cozy. Quick service and food. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the old-school vibe feels authentic rather than forced.

Had such a fun, comfort-food kind of night at Wimpy’s Diner and it definitely hit the spot. If you’re craving classic diner vibes and indulgent eats, this is the place. First off, the strawberry milkshake was sooo good — thick, creamy, and perfectly sweet without being overpowering. You can tell it’s blended properly because it had that smooth, rich texture that makes every sip satisfying. Honestly, it tasted nostalgic in the best way. The mac n cheese bites were crispy on the outside and warm, cheesy, and gooey inside. Total comfort food. Same goes for the deep fried pickles — crunchy, tangy, and super addictive. They had that perfect balance of salty and sour, especially dipped in sauce. Now let’s talk about the poutine. Generous portion, hot fries, rich gravy, and plenty of cheese curds. It was hearty and filling — exactly what you expect from a proper diner poutine. And unlimited Coke? Always a win. It just completes the whole classic diner experience. Overall, it was indulgent, satisfying, and exactly what you want when you’re in the mood for comfort food. Definitely coming back when those cravings hit again.

Cute atmosphere. Service nice but very slow. Had to always call her and get up to get refills, she didnt check on us much. Food was okay waffle fries were good. Poutine was good, deep friend pickles were good. Nothing food wise stood out as great. But I would go back to try the burger. The milkshake was amazing, had classic strawberry it came in the old tin Shaker.. so classic and delicious. Best part of the visit for sure!

Love this spot. It’s exactly what you want from a classic American diner, cozy booths, good coffee, and that easygoing vibe where you can just chill for a while. The staff are honestly the best part. Super friendly, quick, and just genuinely nice. You don’t feel rushed, and they make sure your coffee never runs out. Breakfast is on point. Big portions too, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. If you’re looking for a no-drama, great breakfast place with good energy and even better service, this is it. I’ll definitely be back.
