The staff’s behavior towards the children was excellent, especially teacher Fatemeh, who was incredibly kind and treated the children as if they were her own. The manager of the center was very kind and friendly as well. During this time, I learned a great deal from teachers Fatemeh and Hana, and I am very grateful to everyone for their support and guidance."

  It used to be a good daycare until new owner L took over. Things started to fall apart. I tried hard to close my eyes on the management but there were some incidents that I just couldn’t take it anymore. 1) Just like everyone, I asked for T4 for my tax purposes. Owner took a photo of T4 from the computer monitor and sent it over the text. This was absolutely not acceptable. So I asked for a formal document, and she started getting mad at me. It turned into “her yelling, shouting and pointing fingers at me” episode in front of my child. My child witnessed the horror and couldn’t sleep that night. I finally could get T4 after a long formal complaint over the phone. During the phone call, she kept yelling and hung up on me. I couldn’t believe I had to fight for some very basic things such as T4. 2) The owner took over the daycare in October last year. There was no introduction or explanation why. Also, There was no discussion on what could be impacted. I am pretty sure she is not qualified and doesn’t know Canadian law because she didn’t post a winter break schedule. I mean, the T4 incident gives it away as well. 3) Because of her ill management, good teachers that everyone liked started quitting. All of them except one is gone, and some random new teachers were hired. It is clear that she can’t manage new teachers because they are poor at their jobs. 4) My child was sent home because they suspected fever when there was none. Also, there were many times when my child was not wearing underwear or diapers at the end of the day. I witnessed one teacher keep saying “oh my gosh” and showed frustration and irritation in front of the children. That’s how my child learned ‘oh my gosh.’ I do not appreciate it. I just couldn’t take it anymore and changed daycare. I am not so sure if it’s legal to run daycare like this. The owner uploaded pictures of children in the daycare with faces showing. This daycare needs re-evaluation for the certification.

  My kid likes the daycare for nice activities, much time spent outdoors, kind teacher Fatima and caring, friendly and supportive manager Lina. She not only supervises the teachers, but also assists them when they need help with kids. They also provide snacks and teach kids to cross the street safely. 5 stars and I really hope they only improve with time.

  This daycare is very nice . Teachers are very kind and friendly. The manager is very good to the parents and staffs. There are many interesting activities. Kids love here very much.

  very nice manager and staff. but the classes have not good sun lights and I see teachers use their phone a lot during work. The fees is reasonable.
