I am sharing my experience because the way I was treated was wrong and I hope no one else has to experience what I did: I recently booked a one-hour time slot at the studio two days in a row to host class. I had sent my payment, received photo confirmation from the owner and was told that he would be teaching class before my rental so he would be able to give me the key when I arrived to the studio early for my class. When I arrived 15 minutes early as requested and texted the owner that I was outside, I received a text 3 minutes before my class was scheduled to start informing me that he was not at the studio because he had COVID and was not at the studio and asked if I had a key. I reminded him that he was supposed to give me the key after his class to which he said “I know” and then told me that I would need to walk 15 minutes to his house in order to retrieve it. After explaining that I am a commuter and would have to start my class late my response was “yeah”. Upon arriving, there were no words exchanged, he just threw down the key and I went to teach my class 30 minutes later than originally scheduled. Luckily, I had taken many classes at the studio before and was familiar with it because I obviously was not given orientation on how to work the security or sound system. There was also no paper towel or soap in the bathrooms which is concerning given the pandemic. After my second class, I was texted promptly to send my payment for class. When I responded that I had paid already, and explained my disappointment in the lack of apology and level of professionalism, I was told I was no longer welcome back to the studio. I paid my booking fee and arrived when I was supposed to, just to be told to walk 30 minutes in the humidity before a high intensity fitness class and now I am no longer welcome at this studio because I expressed disappointment in the poor communication and customer service experience.

This year is my daughter's third year of ballet training at Xing Dance Theatre. Three years of training has enabled her to master many basic ballet skills and begin to demonstrate professional qualities. Her hard work and dedication have greatly improved her technique, flexibility, strength and balance. Thanks and tribute to: Master Fu,Xingbang & Master Simon Sylvain Lalonde

I love Xing and Simon. If you want to be transformed then take a chance. I loved my time there. If I could do it all again I would. Xing and Simon's training is beyond compare. That place is a family.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This studio seriously lacks the level of cleanliness needed for any establishment during a global pandemic. There was no soap or paper towel in the bathrooms as well the mirrors and floors seem to not have been cleaned in weeks. I attended a class that rented out the space and we all had to wait almost an hour as the owner failed to open for our instructors class time. Furthermore he was rude and overly demanding. I will never come back here and I’ll make sure to let my dance friends know never to book this space either. Horrible customer service, disappointing establishment

Xing and Simon write another modern interpretation of the holiday favourite Nutcracker. The nuances of popular culture show Xing's mastery of imagery and movement. Loved it!
