My eight year old attended Brightpath in Crescent Heights for several years as a toddler. So when looking for childcare for our daughter, Brightpath was a great place to start and the Springbank location was close to us. However we’ve had several concerning situations and actually withdrew our daughter from care there recently. The biggest concern is that our daughter broke her hand at the facility. Her hand is swollen, black and blue and now has a splint and XRay showing a break. The daycare is saying they have no idea at all what happened and everything was fine when she was there. It was very obvious when we picked her up she was in pain and she was very clearly telling us she hurt her hand. She can also show us exactly how it happened. The daycare refuses to write up any type of report as there is no evidence it happened at daycare - other than the child actually stating it did?! We removed her immediately. Our other concerns began about 6 months ago when she was moved at 2 into the 3-5 year old room and they don’t let children nap in that room. This seemed crazy and we went for weeks asking them to accommodate her napping. They would just say she’s not tired and they asked her to sleep in the chair in the room. It just seemed so ridiculous. I don’t recommend this Brightpath.

Fantastic program for the kids. We have one child in the reg bef/aft care and one in the kindergarten bef/aft and we could not recommend it enough. We are very happy with the instruction and programs offered. Thanks to everyone from the Aspen/Springbank location for all their hard work and care, it shows!

My daughter loves the teachers and the center. We as parents appreciate professional staff's work and all their efforts. Director Kristina is always nice, helpful, and responsive to whatever questions or concerns we might have.

This centre and staff is a parents dream. They are so receptive, kind, loving and really care about supporting each child’s needs. My son is in love with every teacher and student. He arrives so happy and leaves so happy. I could not be more proud to say where my son attends school. He has learnt sooo much both academically and socially. His manners and mindfulness for a 2 year old are very impressive, and I know it’s the care and attention of the teachers. So grateful.

We have had a wonderful experience with BrightPath Springbank. The teachers and staff are kind and caring, and both children integrated so easily into the family environment. Our 1-year old started in the new infant program and he has adapted very well, despite not having as much prior socialization due to COVID restrictions. Again, a very positive experience and would highly recommend!
