  My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Sameri for several years now. Dr. Sameri is gentle, kind, and truly an exceptional dentist. However, I was there today for cleaning and simply could not give enough kudos to her hygienist Tammy. I had an incredible cleaning, but even more, the amount of teaching and guidance she provided was nothing short of amazing. I came away from that appointment with a lot of new information for moving forward. The receptionists are always very welcoming and eager to help as well. Thank you BrockStarr Dental Care!

  I wanted to share my experience with this clinic. Pre-Covid, this was an amazing clinic. My family loved coming here since I was small and the orthodontist I had (between 2016-2021 I believe) did an amazing job with my teeth. However, after Covid, I feel this clinic is prioritizing money over client centred care which is sad. My last visit here, the clinic wanted to set up another appointment which I had said “I’m tight with money, I’m not on issuance, and I’m in medical school. So please don’t book anything and I will give you a call when I’m ready to book an appointment”. The receptionist didn’t listen and booked me anyways which I found out a day before the appointment. After canceling, They called me 4 months straight saying I was “overdue” for an appointment. What really upsets me was when my mom had appointment, one of the receptionists and Dr.Sara pressured her while she was paying, saying that “I need to come in right away” and didn’t even give her a chance to speak as to why I couldn’t come in. This made me feel I couldn’t trust dentists for a long time and why I felt they were prioritizing money over client care. After this experience, I have not returned and I found another clinic that made me feel heard and comfortable with dental care again.

  Being an international traveler, I found Dr. Greg Colinas to be exceptionally thorough and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the condition of all my teeth (which he didn’t have to) and guided me on the best course of action for my wisdom tooth. He was also kind enough to accommodate me with an emergency surgical appointment for next week. I truly appreciate Dr. Greg for his professionalism and, above all, for being a compassionate human being. I highly recommend him and would vouch for his care any day.
