I'm so extremely grateful for the professional service and friendliness of the staff at Brooklin Optometric Centre. I had not had my eyes checked in years and was super nervous. (Especially during our current unprecedented times with Covid) The process was seamless. From getting my eyes checked to getting glasses. Dr Leon made me super comfortable and took her time to explain every step of the eye exam. Then when it was time to try on glasses, the staff was very patient and gave good feedback. Through recommendation from a close friend of mine, as well as a colleague, I made an appointment to see Dr. Ho to have my eyes checked. It has been many, many years since the last time I had my eyes checked so I was quite nervous about what to expect as well as concerned about the health of my eyes. Start to finish, all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dr. Ho was fantastic; she made me feel very comfortable, advised me step by step what she was doing, explained why, and answered any questions I had. I’ve always been horrible with eye-drops, she made those a breeze, and even walked me through how to go about doing them better! Dr. Ho was also very professional but kept conversation light and fun, making the experience a 10/10! It had been a long time since I had my eyes checked last, but after this experience, I will be back every 2 years to see Dr. Ho and her great team.
