  I came in expecting basic courtesy and professionalism, and instead I was met with attitude and a complete lack of care. The staff member I dealt with was dismissive, unhelpful, and made the situation feel like it was my fault for even asking for assistance. There was no effort to listen, no attempt to fix the issue, and no apology. It’s not about the ice cream — it’s about how customers are treated. A simple respectful response would have changed everything. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and unheard. Customer service should never make people feel uncomfortable or like they’re a burden. I truly hope management addresses this, because no one should have this kind of experience over something so simple.

  Really disappointed. The restaurant has a stinky smell inside. The quality is terrible. I ordered a cone and sundae and it’s really soft, obviously not enough milk but too much water. I told them and the answer is: machine…..The quality of this location has been unstable for couple years.

  Last year on March 19, I came to Dairy Queen for the Free Vanilla Cone Day. I completely understand that it is a popular event and that there will be a long line, so I was not upset about that. However, the line was extremely long and I had to wait outside in the cold for a very long time. It was freezing, and I stood in line for close to an hour. When I finally got inside and reached the counter to order the free vanilla cone, I was told that they had run out of cones. That was very disappointing. If the store is advertising a Free Cone Day, it would make sense to prepare enough cones for the large number of customers that will show up. What made it even more frustrating was that no one came outside to inform the people waiting in line that the cones had run out. Many of us waited in the cold for a long time, only to find out at the end that we could not receive the ice cream. I hope that in the future the store can prepare better for events like this or at least inform customers waiting outside if the cones run out so they do not have to wait unnecessarily. This year, if the same event happens again, I will even bring my own cone if necessary just so I can finally enjoy the free vanilla ice cream that was advertised. I really hope the experience will be better this time. Thank you.

Especially during busy hours, having ample parking makes a big difference in the overall experience. The staff truly stood out during my visit. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They greeted customers with smiles and were patient while taking orders. If you had questions about flavors or menu options, they were happy to help and offered helpful suggestions. The service was efficient without feeling rushed. It’s always refreshing to see employees who take pride in their work and create a positive atmosphere for customers. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. The dining area was tidy, the tables were wiped down regularly, and the overall environment felt comfortable and inviting. Even the counter and preparation area looked organized and professional. Cleanliness really enhances the experience when enjoying food and desserts. What I appreciate most about this Dairy Queen is the consistency and reliability. You know you’re going to receive quality food, friendly service, and a hassle-free visit. It’s a great place to stop by for a quick treat, to enjoy dessert with family, or to relax with friends after a long day. The combination of delicious food, convenient parking, and kind staff makes this location stand out. Overall, this Dairy Queen exceeded my expectations.   Amazing, great customer service from the woman working the morning of Sunday February 1st. She was very helpful and patient answering all my questions about your Ice cream cakes. Also just tried the mini cupcakes and those are great too!
