The receptionists at Durham Optometric Clinic are friendly and patient. Dr. Siva is always patient and friendly with my children. She does a good job with getting their prescriptions correct. She takes the time to explain any question I may have. They also have all the latest equipment and we usually don’t wait long to be seen.

I saw Dr. McLellan to get a prescription for progressive lenses. The accuracy and promptness of the service was far worse than what I have historically received from the other doctor. There was no accountability for the inaccurate prescriptions and even shifting the blame to the patient. To make matters worse, I even paid for the subsequent visit to correct their mistake.
