A loving and caring trilingual daycare that my daughter thrived in the past 2 years. Thank you for the caring and patient staff, the nutritious hot lunch and wonderful learning activities.

We sent our daughter to Five Talents when she was around 18 months. Same as most parents we were hesitating in the beginning as what if our daughter cannot get used to the daycare life? and what if the daycare can’t provide the caring service as what we expected. However, just by one day I knew this is the right place and they are the right teachers!! The teachers are friendly and professional, my daughter enjoyed circle time, story time, free-play time and outdoor time. Since she attended the daycare she becomes more outgoing and talkative. The schedule is flexible and suits most parents especially if you are both working parents. HOT LUNCH is also provided!! One fruit time in the morning and one snack time in the afternoon. My daughter barely gets sick and no diaper rash. The best family day care in Richmond!!! I couldn’t thank them enough for taking care of my little one. Thank you Ms. Caroline and Ms. Jessica!

I highly recommend this daycare! Since we started sending our child here, every day has been filled with surprises and gratitude. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, always focusing on the child’s growth and safety. The environment is warm, clean, and filled with creative, interactive learning spaces that allow the children to learn and explore while playing. What I especially appreciate is the personalized care; each child’s needs are given thoughtful attention. My child has become more confident here and has learned many new skills and knowledge. Our entire family feels very secure and at ease, and we’re grateful for this daycare providing such a wonderful environment and care for the children!

It was a bittersweet moment when my daughter graduated from Five Talents Childcare Centre. Her time there was truly special, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention she received. The transition was seamless, and I was amazed at how Ms. Caroline and Ms. Jessica knew exactly how to comfort and help new kids settle in. From day one, all the staff made her feel safe and supported, which allowed her confidence to grow so much over the months. She became more independent, curious, and happy every day. I highly recommend Five Talents Childcare Centre for any family looking for a nurturing, professional, and caring environment for their little ones!

My kid went to a large chain daycare before I transferred her here. She cries a lot in the old school and was screaming everyday when I dropped her. Magically, she looks quite enjoyable in her day 1 with Caroline. As parents, you can easily find This daycare is caring and attentive. The teacher is super experienced, responsible and passionate.My baby is prone to have diaper rashes if not changed timely. However, she never have the issue with Caroline’s excessive care. Thanks you and please accept my most sincere gratitude!
