Friendly and helpful staff. Pretty quick service. They also serve Hong Kong waffle but we didn't order any, so next time we go hopefully we'll give it a try. Some posters on the wall displayed some current promotions for the month. I really enjoyed the grapefruit green tea with agar bubbles. It comes with a slice of grapefruit wedged into the side of the cup. The others enjoyed their pearl Milk tea and magic cube drinks too. Magic cube comes with a coffee jelly, a yellow jelly and tapioca. Will definitely be back again.

Very disappointed. The cheese sea salt matcha tasted watered down with almost no flavor. The cup was also sticky and not cleaned before serving.

Nice and quiet place for a good Bubble Tea. Not super busy on a Monday which made for quick service. They have a large selection of teas and some great specials. Tonight, I had a "Top Pick" Passion fruit Green Tea. Any size is 5.90 so I obviously went with the large. Sat down with my books on their bench and got to reading. Give it a try next time you're around if you need a nice drink.

The Strawberry Milk Tea was one of the first bubble teas i’ve tried ever and is easily one of the best drinks i’ve ever tasted!! The cheese milk foam on the top was the perfect balance to it all and the sweetness of it with the strawberry’s was so good, would 100/10 recommend, The owners are also the best people with genuine kindness and care for all. Amazing people with amazing bubble tea.
