I’ve tried several Pie Co. locations, and I really like that you can build your own pizza. It’s always fresh and tasty. The staff at these locations are super friendly and very hospitable.

This place is great. Loads of options if u like pizza and the staff is great. Super nice and friendly. Remember u can create your own custom toppings. The decor isn’t amazing but the pizza is amazing. Would recommend trying for sure. They make it to order. So it’s fresh!!!!

Pico has consistently great food, the pizzas are always fresh and full of flavour. But what really makes the place stand out is the service, especially from Shehan. He’s warm, attentive, and genuinely makes every visit feel welcoming. The great food combined with Shehan’s exceptional customer care is why my family keep coming back.

This was my first time going to Pi Co. Shaini absolutely made our experience! Not only is it a beautiful place very clean and so many options. Shaini made us feel so welcomed and appreciated, she helped us basically design our own pizza, she gave us wonderful advice for flavour pairings. She was very warm and welcoming and held a very interactive experience! As a fellow manager of a retail store I would say she was stellar customer service! Best Pizza I have ever had and Shaini made the experience the best I’ve had at a pizza place! 10/10 will definitely recommend and come back

I visited on a beautiful winter day — bright sunshine and no snow in sight. I was greeted by a friendly young man when I arrived. At first, the place was calm and quiet, but about half an hour later, it picked up into a steady rush that lasted another two hours. Yes, I stayed the whole time 😉 The service was excellent. The staff member was professional, patient, and took the time to answer my questions. The space itself is spotless and definitely Instagram-worthy, with a modern, inviting vibe. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to the setting. The pizza and bread were a bit overcooked, the salad wasn’t very fresh, and overall, the dishes tasted more greasy than savoury. I couldn’t finish about 40% of my meal, and the total came to around $35, including tax and tip. I was hoping to end the meal with a coffee, but they don’t serve it here. Still, I have to say the atmosphere and top-notch customer service make this spot worth a visit — even if the food could use some improvement.
