Family lunch. The food was hot, well cooked and delicious. Hwa was amazing taking our order and bringing our food. She was attentive. The restaurant was clean and tidy. It was our first time at this location and we certainly will be back.

There’s an event where kids eat free on Wednesdays, so of course we had to go! 🙌 The food was so good — honestly the best rotisserie chicken 🍗 Our waitress, Andeshah, was amazing — quick, precise, and so kind (you know how it is when dining with kids… quick food & quick dessert are a must ). Definitely coming back again!

This was my first time at Swiss Chalet in approximately seventeen years. We attended on 13 September 2025 and the waitress had an amazing sense of humour. She was able to recommend vegetarian items on the menu, which was much appreciated. The hot chicken sandwich was lovely and it is a dish that I would recommend. It is not something that I would suggest if you want something light. When we attended, the restaurant was not overly busy. It was quite spacious and a huge turn-off with dining places is when the tables are too close together. The waitress has a sense of humour which is truly unique. Furthermore, I asked her if she would be so kind as to take a photograph as I have not seen my family in quite some time. She took the time to do this and she made us feel extremely welcome.

Very pleasant experience. Food was good. Ordered the mozerella sticks, chicken quesadilla & the quarter rotisserie chicken. Swiss Chalet sauce was also very good. Our server HWA was very nice, she’s the best.

Went to this Swiss Chalet for dinner with my kid and the food was good, but what really stood out was the service. Our server Hwa was incredibly friendly, attentive and patient, constantly checking on our table and making sure we had everything we needed. I had a kid with me and Hwa took extra care of them, chatting with them, bringing what they needed right away and making sure their food came out quickly so they didn’t have to wait too long. You could really feel that she genuinely liked children and wanted them to have a great time. Because of her amazing service and warm attitude, our whole dining experience was relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location, especially for families with children, and a big thank you to Hwa for making our night so pleasant.
