  After touring multiple daycares, I had a great feeling about Tender Years from the beginning. My daughter has been at the centre since she was 5 months old. The infant room is absolutely amazing. The staff is so attentive and caring and the room was always very clean. My second daughter will be starting when she is 7 months old. My 2 year old loves the toddler room! They do so many great activities during the day and I love getting all of the updates through the app. The staff is great about communicating with me and my daughter is always happy at the end of the day. She even eats all of the food that Debbie makes (even though she won't eat mine...) We had switched to a daycare closer to where we live (Scarborough) and realized how much better Tender Years is. It is 10 min out of my way in the wrong direction, but I will happily make the drive. I can confidently go about my work day without worrying about my children. The administration are very friendly and accommodating. I love seeing that they are revamping the centre and have put a lot of work and thought into what is going to be the best for the children going forward. It's nice that the staff know all of the children, even if they are not their main teacher. I highly recommend this daycare.

  The teachers and management at Tender Years did an amazing job with my son, and I cannot thank them enough. Tender Years became like a second home for my son. He started there exactly two years ago, and he is off to preschool now. Mrs Farida, Ms. Rahima, and Ms Zainab were my son's favourite teachers. I also want to thank Ms. Farah and all the other teachers—I can't remember all their names. My son was not used to having daycare food, but the management at Tender Years was so accommodating that they allowed my son to have home-cooked food. The management, Mrs. Debbie and Mrs. Tanya, were excellent supervisors who showed genuine empathy and always listened to my concerns. As the name of the centre implies, I am truly grateful for the tender care my son received at Tender Years. I will always remain grateful. If you're searching for a place that offers peace of mind, this is the right place for you. Also, as parents, you receive daily updates of your child doing the activities they love. Thank you once again to the teachers and management at Tender Years. Words are not enough to express my sincere gratitude.

  This daycare has meant so much to my family. My granddaughter has been there 2 years and I have nothing but good to say. She is happy there, has so many friends and loves her teachers. They are kind and motherly ❤️. It's a warm, caring and safe place for kids. 6 out of 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Tender Years is one of the best daycare facilities that I've used, my now 12yr old son attended from 2012-2016 and now my twins are attending since 2021, they have great staff and the owners are lovely, the place is always clean and the staff is very accommodating. Tender years is one of few daycare that opens from 6.30am - 6.30 pm which works well for most peoples schedule. When I had my twins they were the only daycare that I consider and prayed that they had spaced for them and would've waited for space to become available. Overall there one of the best, keep up the good work guys.

  My daughter has attended Tender Years Childcare for about 5 months. As a first-time mom, taking your child to daycare for the first time isn’t easy. You can’t help but worry if your child is being well taken care of. Over time, I have seen that staff care about my daughter, and are always so happy to see her. It is nice to see the connections my daughter has made with staff and other children in her class. Thank you all for making my daughter and I feel comfortable at this facility.
