I was here before it was suppose to open and they let me in anyway. They were still making the pastries and so I ordered a drink and sat waiting for the stuff I wanted to order. I bought a lot of stuff for the fam to try, butter croissants, pistachio rose, tuna roll, lemon meringue. All very pretty and delicious. This place is a gem and I will come back for more. The quality is really good and once you enter the store you can smell the pastries baking it's that fresh! It is indeed pricey but it's also good quality so I guess that justifies it. Everywhere you go now is this pricey for specialty bakeries. I do wish they have more variety of savory croissants though or more "colorful flavors", but that's just my own opinion. My fam and I can't eat too much sweets tho we love them. The service was great even 1st thing in the morning it was already FULL HOUSE. That's how good this place is. people kept coming in! is really that good!!

Croissant are tasty even though they are not warm. Flakey and not hard. The fillings are on the sweet side, but since there’s no sugar is my coffee, I find it balanced. Seating is a bit tight and music is too loud. If you want a place where you can sit down for more than 1 hour, I would not recommend this place. Otherwise, the pastry is good and thanks to the server super quick service, even it was almost full house today, the wait time wasn’t long to get our drinks.

Amazing pastries and desserts! My friend and I went to Tondo on a Saturday at around 2pm. It was full house, and we were able to still get a table for 2. The ambiance was bright and clean with Christmas decor still up ^^ Most of the items are gone by this hour, especially the sandwiches! I heard the Tuna salad sandwich is served in a croissant wheel *o* I would love to try that one next time! We shared a Nutella croissant and a matcha yuzu tart. The tart was really delicious, I'd highly recommend. My friend really enjoyed the croissant; it was super crispy and filled with Nutella.

Awesome! awesome!! awesome!!. We discovered this boutique bakery shop accidentally a couple of days back and totally loved it. So far, we tried pistachio croissant, latte, hot chocolate and butter croissant. The pistachio croissant was flaky and tasty, the latte smooth, the hot chocolate rich, and the butter croissant nicely buttery. All were all so good and satisfying. It’s clean, cozy, and reasonably priced for the quality. I highly recommend for anyone craving genuine Iranian delights! 5/5 stars. Caution: The delights are addictive, host is handsome and atmosphere is cozy, although they need more space to accommodate more clients.

First time at Tondo cafe. It’s directly across the parking lot from the dollarama in the Richmond Heights plaza. Service is ok. Had to repeat our order a few of times at check out. Decor is nice. Crumbs are not cleaned off the cloth benches along the wall. Had to clean it off ourselves before sitting down and watched two other tables do the same. We ordered: Chai latte: not hot enough, no flavour chocolate chip cookie: on the sweet side Almond croissant: $7.99 a bit steep but it has a decent amount of almond paste, texture is good turkey focaccia: asked for it to be warmed up but it was still cold but the sandwich is tasty Good experience but can’t say it will be my go to cafe.
