  We love Tyke Town! My son is excited to go daycare everyday and always has the biggest smile on his face when we pick him up. It is clean, purpose built and has really caring staff. Highly recommended

  Gets their staff to post positive reviews because this place is horrible and they don’t want you to know it. Wouldn’t recommend leaving your kids here. It was good for the first week but was going to lose my job since they weren’t qualified to look after my child and kept making comments that I should pick up my child because of an “off” day. Everyday with kids is an off day for them! I wonder if the new locations are actually clean and are going to be better organized.

  My child learned quite a few new things during his time here, however, not the fit for us. 6 weeks into being there my child started to have a hard time transitioning between activities, opposed to providing support and comfort they just allowed him to tantrum and flail around on a dirty concrete bathroom floor (my child is only 18 months) due to their “no hands on” policy they were unable to intervene or offer support, but made sure to record the child in distress and send it to me, so I could come pick him up. After asking to speak with the management about the incident, the manager on location was unable to provide any insight and was not debriefed on the situation - she stated she wasn’t even there and had to leave, making me question if they were even in ratio this day, as they stated they only have enough staff (including the manager) to be in ratio. Once confronted, and after asking to see their policies and procedures they have set in place for incidents such as these - in which they were unable to show me them. They deemed my child as neurodivergent (an 18 month old) and suggested I seek an assessment from the CDC - the owner also called to reiterate that we seek an assessment after leaving this meeting… No actual infant/toddler development worker in the toddler age group, just someone standing in place as one.. None of the toys have batteries or are broken, looks like just old toys from the previous daycare that was in that location prior. I felt so bad, I brought the kids a puzzle and made sure to provide batteries. They state they hire only the best, most qualified individuals, but if the best is someone who is always on their cell phone at pickup or drop off, then this is the location for you! Despite allegations, I have one google account for personal use and one for business - which is only used for business. Thank you.

  Well trained and friendly staff that always gives a warm welcome and a kind farewell. We are well informed about how our toddler’s days are going. We feel they really try to get to know each child and their unique needs and wants. If you’re looking for a safe, happy, and fun environment, then this is the place.

  My child is now 24 months old and has been attending Tyke Town since November 2023. The teachers here are very kind and take great care of the children. Today, I visited the newly built center. It was even more spacious, clean, and equipped with many facilities. I am very excited about what’s to come. I’m so grateful and happy to have a place where I can confidently entrust my child. I highly recommend this center! Thank you :-)
