Have been with this Optical Clinic for over 15 years. Very personalized service with understanding of your needs and pricing of glasses are also reasonable. Ali is an amazing guy and very courteous and polite. You will feel valued as a customer.

I am got my first pair of glasses and prescription here in about 15 years and they are amazing. The optometrist was very thorough and explained everything to both me and my 7 year old daughter. The team who outfitted my glasses explained everything and they were very nice when I decided afterwards to adjust from reading glasses to progressives. Also did direct billing to my insurance (Manulife). They seem to know the customers walking in as well which is telling. Very highly recommend and we will keep coming back here.

I am beyond grateful for my experience at Whitby Optical! I was referred to visit their office with getting my first set of prescription glasses. I was first warmly greeted by Lenka who went out of her way to show me my options with having my prescription in place and order the frames that I had fallen in love with. The order had come back within a fashionable manner and Ali had prepped everything in a bag with a case along with a solution to clean my glasses when I was ready for pick up! Rest assured, they have a vast variety of options for glassware as well as online and also accept insurance. Special thanks to Ali, Lenka and Cheryl who made my visit a memorable one and has allowed me to see clearer with style!

Highly recommend!!! The gentleman (I assume the doctor) I spoke with on the phone was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Gave me a few pairs of lenses for free for pick up today for my schooling (eyelash extension lab) for the following Monday. Switching my contact lense orders and future glasses orders to here for sure. Thank you so much again.
