  Our son started at Alpha's in the toddler room and is now thriving in the preschool room—and the growth we’ve seen in him has been incredible. His development has progressed so quickly, and we truly believe it's thanks to the nurturing environment and dedicated staff here. From day one, the daycare has felt like a second home. There's such a warm, family-like atmosphere that makes drop-offs so much easier as a parent. Ms. Shazia has been absolutely loving and patient with our son, and both Ms. Manpreet and Ms. Robin have shown so much care and genuine affection—it's clear they treat every child as if they were their own. I also want to acknowledge Ms. Amanda, the supervisor, who is not only professional but also incredibly kind and approachable. She handles any questions or concerns with care and always takes the time to connect personally, which we really appreciate. We are so grateful for the impact Alpha's has had on my son's early years and cannot recommend it highly enough. If you're looking for a place where your child will be cared for, supported, and treated like family, this is it.

  We have really enjoyed our time with Alpha’s Discovery Kids in Oakville. Our son started at Alpha’s just before turning 3 years old has been there for a year and a half. We have had positive experiences with all of the teachers – Robin, Shaazia, Manpreet, Christine, Betty, Camilla, Maria, Raman, and Ash. All of these happy educators showed warmth, care, and patience with our son. Also, toileting didn’t come easily for our little guy and everyone was so eager to help support us as a family. Amanda and Stephanie, the supervisors, are easy to get a hold of, respond quickly to questions or concerns, and try hard to connect and get to know your child, which we really appreciated. Alpha’s also uses an app to communicate with parents regarding naps, meals, activities, photos, and upcoming events. They have dress up days, water days, and other extra special activities – some where they invite parents too - throughout the year to make the experience extra fun for the kids. What we have treasured most are the crafts that we have been given for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas. Too cute! Overall, the staff here are great and we felt like our child was always in good hands.
