We love LKA!! I have sent both my sons (3 and 5) to multiple classes and even long weekend camps. They always have fun and learn something new. Not only are the cooking delicious meals the family enjoys - they are using top quality ingredients and also being responsible for cleaning up after themselves. My kids and their friends love going there and always look forward to it! Thank you LKA looking forward to our next week camp in August!

My kid really enjoys Little Kitchen Academy Oakville South. It’s a bit of a drive for us, but totally worth it! He loves that he can do everything by himself while still being with other kids. He’s already gained confidence in the kitchen and discovered some new tastes.

My children ABSOLUTELY love it. It is definitely a great place for them to learn such an essential life skill. The guides are attentive, super fun, and polite. Love the small classes sizes, and the 3:10 teacher-student ratio. HOWEVER - I have 3 children, 1 in each age category. It was disheartening to learn that in one day, all class sessions make the exact same dish!, and that recipe is made in all classes for the ENTIRE WEEK! I am the kind of person who would want my children attending at least 3 lessons a week, but I am prevented as my children would be making the exact same dish every day of that week. The lack of varying recipes between age groups is incredibly unfortunate. They only change the dish that is made each day of the week for March Break or Summer Camp weeks. Even then, if you have a child in each of those sessions each day, they would all be coming home at different times with the SAME thing. I wish I could invest more of my children's time in this, but we'll only be dipping our toes in 3 sessions a year. The lack of variety is shocking - I did not expect that from Little Kitchen Academy. I am disappointed. Update: The Little Kitchen responded and explained EVERYTHING which completely answered all questions I had. It makes total sense the recipes are the same for the day, but the method and skills developed are different for each age group. Rating updated! This is definitely THE BEST place your child can go to learn to love to cook!
